Thought I would let every one know that Alan Janzen has been deployed to Iraq for 6 months. He also has a son that will be going to Afghanistan soon. Lets keep them and their family in our thoughts for a safe return.

I just learned that our beloved coach Enders passed away Monday, December 27.  So let's please keep Todd and rest of the Enders family in our thoughts & prayers.   My Mother attends the same church, Glenn Park.  Coach was diagnosed with cancer several years ago, and just like the coach Enders spirit, he fought it for a long time.  I have very found memories of "coach," the number one was his cadence in gym class "eighth graaaaaade...fawwwwwl in!"  WE'LL MISS YA COACH!!!!!

Hey everyone!  I've been reading updated profiles tonight.  It's interesting to see where classmates lives have taken them.  Some even have grandkids!  My daughter Shannon will begin classes at WSU in 3 days which has been reminding me of life after graduation from South.  Some things never change LOL  I can't believe how fast time passes.  Looking forward to our reunion in October.

Hello everyone. Has it really been 35 years already? It's hard to believe because We're still young. It's a blessing to be in touch; I look forward to seeing you all. God bless

It's so nice to see classmates that will be attending our reunion in October!!!  I'm looking forward to seeing many familiar faces - well, I hope I remember lol  I don't know about everyone else but my memory just isn't what it used to be laugh

I ran into Teresa Bliss (Dismuke) today.  We both can't wait to see all our ole' (not old) friends at the reunion.  Many of us are in the grandparent role now (me included).  I have a 3-year-old grandaughter and 1-year-old grandson.  If I would have known how much fun grandparenting is I would have skipped the parent stage.  I know, evolution doesn't allow for skipping parenthood for grandparent hood, but it's still fun all the same.  Look for me and say hi...I still look exactly the same as high school.  OK, I added about 50 lbs and dyed my hair grey just so I would look like I've been out of high school for 35 years, but other than that, I look the same (hee, hee, hee).

Well Jay Delling I might not be in your class but I'll be sure to say hello at the reunion.

Debbie Rader (Clanton)

Yes!  It's time for the old reunion and time to try to look 18 again.  Oh well, I GIVE UP!  I am coming home and don't care if you recognize me or not!  I'll be the one with the camera flashing your eyes out and bragging about my 2 year old granddaughter and the soon to be born grandson!  laugh  Get your smiles ready folks for all the fun of catching up!!!   BRING old photographs from school days, previous reunions and don't forget the pictures of your kids, grandkids and spouses either!

This is our FSU Seminole loving family!!  By the way, we chop for the Atlanta Braves too!

See you all October 18th!!!!

Jay Delling!   Haven't talked to you in a long time.
I used to hear how you were doing through your mom, but we don't attend that church anymore! Good to see your post on here! Yes, the reunion is going to be FUN! Carrie and her crew are working hard on it! See you on the 18th

Jay I remember watching you golf in your backyard. I have a secret that you'll die to hear.

Dana Haskell (Armstrong)

Thanks everyone who has already sent their checks in for our upcoming reunion!  You have no idea how much that helps us not only with the # attending but out of pocket expenses.  We're hoping eveyone enjoys the Boathouse and hope everyone understands why we have moved away from having a full sit down meal and opted for heavy hors d' oeuvres & a cash bar.  The cost unfortunately never goes down (we  worry over this factor more than anything when planning the reunions) but we always strive to give you some bang for your bucks and make it a fun & memorable evening. I know there is talk of a golf outing/tournament on Saturday during the day and we'll provide more details later this week.  Please get the word out to whomever you are still in contact with. And even if you don't want to send a check prior to because you're not SURE if you'll be able to attend just RSVP anyway and pay at the door!  We just want to throw a big party and enjoy all our old classmates!!!
