Like Carrie Alford Loofs, it's been long enough and my memory's shot, so apologies ahead of time if I don't remember some of you! Looking forward to the reunion and catching up with people regardless! smiley

I'm looking foward to Sat. night and the golf too! I wonder if a bunch of old people will crash this party like the last reunion? Maybe we should start at 5pm because it's kinda tuff to stay up past 10 anymore :)

WOW - Debbie Bowman Shirkey and Susan Tusher have really busted their hiney's on this raffle.  There are so many great items to be raffled off!  I'm getting excited and can't wait to see everyone.  Pam's right - she's a hoot and lots of fun!!! LOL  At this point in our lives, we've all grown up, had kids (that's humbling) and last I checked, we all put our pants on the same way.  It's great fun to chat with old close friends and get to know some we didn't in high school.

Good Morning Class of 79

I really wish I could come, I was looking forward to this year, but I am not going to be able to come.  However, I pray that I get another chance to join you all next time.  Have a great weekend, be safe & God Bless each and every person at the event.

Enjoy,

I hope you guys have a great time. I was really looking forward to this reunion because I had a blast at the 30. Unfortunately health & family dictates otherwise. It sounds like the committee has made some excellent plans! Hopefully I will see you all at the 40th....whew that sounds like a lot of years!

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to say "Hi". I hope and pray everyone from the class is doing well. I'm still working out of state. I missed the lastest reunion again. I'm hoping that will change in a few years. This is such a great web site and a big "Thanks" for it.

Take care,

Tim

Hey ya'all...I hope all is well.  Forty years ago we were all preparing for the next phase in our lives.  Some were going to college.  Some were getting married and settling into the life of bliss.  Others were committing to the military (thank you all for your service).  Some were ready for the full-time workforce.  I know some were not ready for any of that and needed to explore the world before making any big plans.  All of that was on our horizon.  We were nearing the end of our required education.  I can tell you this, I didn't realize at the time how much of what I thought I knew, how I felt and how much spending my first 17 years of life with many of you was going to impact my lifes journey.  I wouldn't trade it for all the gold in Ft. Knox.  I can't wait to see you all again.  Please make every attempt to travel down memory lane.  For many it might be the first reunion you have attended.  For some it might be the last time we see one another.  What ever the circumstance, I, for one, will be at our 40th reunion (about 35 pounds heavier if you can believe that) ready to catch up, share stories about Tim Mercer that might not be 100% accurate and just be present in the moment to soak up what ever takes place.  See you all in September!!!

Always fun going down memory lane. Your class was a big help for me. I cherished most of the memories of this class. Jay you and I go way back and glad to call you my friend. I'm not always the pleasant guy but most people think I am and I applaud them. They have stuck by me all these years. Will be there for the reunion and hope all things turn out great. Wild Bill signing off.

Greetings All, 40 years! It's hard to believe. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the reunion, my Mom picked that weekend to celebrate her 80th in South Lake Tahoe, so I will be fly fishing the Truckee & West Fork Carson rivers. I will drink a toast for all of you at the lodge! Have a great time and hopefully I can see everyone at the next one. Cheers!

Wish I could attend at least one reunion. Looks like I won't be making it again. As I have aged,I find myself wanting to reach out to my past friends. Crazy how time has flown by. Seems like yesterday when we were graduating. Rogers was my maiden name.

Thomas enjoy your fly fishing. Karen we have all aged. I am not your class but think it is noble of you to want to reach out with old friends.
